TICKET POLICY (Cover Charge)
All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
We don’t take reservations so please book a ticket if you wish to ensure attendance.
All seating is first-come, first-serve (within each section, G/A and VIP) so we encourage you to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to showtime for the best selection.

(Tip!) 2nd-set ticket holders who wish to purchase a drink before the show (which does not count toward the show drink minimum) are welcome to the bar or lounge instead of waiting in the hallway queue and will be seated first after the room is turned; please let the bartender know you have tickets so a cover charge isn't added to your tab. 1st-set ticket holders who join us for Happy Hour and purchase a beverage will also be seated first when the main room opens.
Cover charge entitles purchaser to a seat for the set-time purchased, however guests are welcome to remain for the next set unless that seat is needed for a new guest at the club's discretion; there is no additional cover charge to remain for an additional set but the drink minimum does apply.
Most tables seat two only however we gladly attempt to seat larger parties near each other. Please note, we reserve the right to assign seating for all parties in order to maximize seating and to minimize the number of parties sharing a table. For all parties wishing to be seated together (and especially parties of 3 or 5), it's imperative to order the tickets under the same name, otherwise on busy nights it's likely you'll have to be seated separately.
Seats will be held until 15 minutes after showtime and then released for waiting guests if needed; in this case, latecomers will be invited to enjoy the show from lounge/bar area as seating permits, or until seating might become available in the main room.
Canceled shows: In the rare event a show is canceled, tickets will be exchanged for a rescheduled date; if a show is not rescheduled, tickets will be fully refunded.
SOLD-OUT shows... don't give up hope! Although we don't keep an advance Wait List, you're welcome to arrive early to the bar/lounge and place your name on that evening's Wait List for the main room when you arrive; it's not uncommon to have some no-shows when we're sold-out which means we can try to squeeze in a few more!
Ticket Confirmation info
You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after finalizing your order. Please be certain the email address you provide is correct and that you add info@wintersjazzclub.com to your address book to ensure you'll receive confirmation and any updates to show information.

Please be prepared to show your email confirmation from your phone (or printed) at the door for admission.
Seating is general admission and on a first-come, first-serve basis with each section (G/A vs. VIP).
Please see Seating Chart for more information.

phones
The joy of live music is that it’s live. So, please, enjoy being in the moment and give all gadgets a well deserved rest.
And, of course, don’t even think of talking on the phone during a performance. You are welcome to step outside the club if you must use your device.
